Here's what you can expect:
- Temporary Downtime: During this timeframe, you won't be able to access the IBO Back Office, or the Enrollment page within your Storefront; therefore, you will be unable to enroll a new IBO temporarily.
- IBO support will be unable to provide customer or qualification information, including questions related to IBO accounts during this update.
- Continued Order Processing: You can continue to place new customer orders through your Storefront uninterrupted.
- On-Time Payments: CABs and Bonus payments will be processed and paid as scheduled, even though statements might not be visible until May 11.
- Extended Payment & Qualification Window: We've extended the payment and qualification window by 3 days to accommodate the system update.
